开源绘图软件：mtPaint 3.40 发布

mtPaint 是一个较简单但功能还是比较丰富的开源绘图软件。

mtPaint 3.40 发布了，该版本支持多核CPU多线程处理，其他改进还包括：

1. tools for image segmentation and for approximating gradients,
2. dynamic previews in color selectors,
3. a dock area,
4. a color chooser popup,
5. autoscrolling,
6. auto-resizing toolbars,
7. support for the PBM/PGM/PPM/PAM,
8. PCX, and SVG image formats and for color profiles in images,
9. loading of animated GIFs and multipage TIFFs into layers,
10.  palette extraction from images,
11.  "snap to grid",
12.  new keyboard shortcuts,
13.  numerus speedups and improvements.
